Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of wildfire survivors? Plexos Group is looking for dedicated Case Managers to support a vital wildfire disaster response program. This is your chance to provide continuous, comprehensive case management services to those impacted by wildfires and subsequent flooding in Mora, San Miguel, and Lincoln Counties.

What You'll Do:
Support Survivors: Meet with clients to assess their needs and connect them with state and federal programs.
Manage Cases: Develop and update client profiles, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Coordinate Efforts: Work with agencies like FEMA and the NM Human Services Department to provide comprehensive solutions.
Provide Compassionate Care: Offer guidance and support through various communication methods, helping clients understand and navigate recovery processes.
Streamline Applications: Assist clients with program applications, appeals, and re-certifications to maximize resources and minimize duplication of benefits.
Track Progress: Maintain detailed records and generate reports to monitor client progress and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand and apply program guidelines to meet client needs.
Organized and Driven: Manage cases independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional Soft Skills: Experience in social work or behavioral health is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
Community Service Experience: 2-5 years of experience in community service roles.
Local to Santa Fe: Must be based in the Santa Fe, NM area.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with state and federal programs, trauma-informed care, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
